ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Mavu and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written waiver.
PRODUCTS
Automatic recording systems are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Mavu confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. Mavu reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the product.
ORDER
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. If errors appear in them, Best Vision International cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Most of the products offered to its customers by Mavu are available.
DELIVERY
After confirmation of the order, Mavu undertakes to deliver to the buyer all ordered references as soon as possible. Any delay in delivery due to force majeure or a delay in the manufacturing program does not engage our responsibility. The carrier undertakes by contract with Mavu to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Mavu. In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and any other tax due under the laws of the country where the order is received. All orders placed with Mavu are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. Mavu therefore disclaims any legal liability if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer. Delivery will be made by La Poste by Priority Letter in mainland France. Delivery is made, within the time slot agreed with the customer, by direct delivery of the product to the recipient indicated or, in the absence of the recipient, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. Deliveries within the EEC countries are made by La Poste using priority mail Europe. Deliveries outside the EEC are made by international postal services. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the goods under the conditions set out in this document. The following are considered cases of force majeure, releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: wars, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, and the impossibility of obtaining supplies. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of a missing or damaged item. In the case of a technical product, the customer will take particular care to check the proper functioning of the delivered device, to read the instruction manual provided. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the goods under the conditions provided in this document. War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver. Goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged items. For availability reasons, an order may be delivered to the customer in several installments. The customer then pays for only one delivery. If the customer requests two delivery locations, they place two orders, with the associated delivery costs.
WITHDRAWAL
You have 30 days (from receipt of the items) to make up your mind. In case of exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Mavu is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum period of 15 days.
PRICE
The price is expressed in euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs, transport and commissioning costs.
PAYMENT
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Mavu. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made by credit card bearing the CB, Carte Bleue, MasterCard logo. Online Paybox allows you to pay via a banking server in a secure environment. Your credit card number is therefore directed to the Paybox servers, your payment is made directly to Paybox in a secure environment without going through the store server. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once the relevant bank payment centers have given their approval. In the event of refusal by said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. Furthermore, Mavu reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
DISPUTES
This contract is subject to French law. Mavu cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers. Mavu's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of:
- of a professional association in the sector,
- of a consumer association,
- any other advice of his choice
It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, and good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court of Aix en Provence shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
LEGAL INFORMATION
The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). The customer has (Article 34 of the Act of 6 January 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them, which they may exercise with Mavu. In addition, Mavu undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or with compensation, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
